Due to unforeseen circumstances, the speaker has cancelled this engagement.  We will bring Ted Gonder to Deerfield Parent Network in the fall of 2015.
Picture
At age 24, Ted is a nationally acclaimed social entrepreneur, member of the US President's Advisory Council on Financial Capability for Young Americans and the co-founding CEO of Moneythink. He will share practical and unconventional advice gained from his own successful navigation of today's financial and technological world, his work leading a youth development organization that's served 10,000+ teens, and his conversations with hundreds of families.

Ted's presentation will cover topics such as:
  • His transformation from an unfocused student to a straight-A college scholar
  • Insights learned from other millennial leaders about getting an edge at school and work in the 21st century
  • No-nonsense tactics he used to succeed in college, travel the world, become financially independent, achieve early professional success and stay balanced.
  • The role of financial literacy in shaping a child's confidence and prosperity.
  • How to supercharge motivation, self-reliance, and learning in today's economy.

Ted is a provocative young voice with valuable insights and tips for parents and kids alike.  Students & parents are encouraged to attend together!
