Ted Gonder, a nationally acclaimed social entrepreneur at the young age of 24, will discuss the realities of today’s college and work world and help bridge the gap between parents and students’ mindsets.  Teens today need to prepare for a 21st century global economy which requires a mindset open to rapidly changing career paths.  As a young millennial, Ted’s own life experiences will resonate with teens and his wisdom will help guide conversations involving college preparation and future career decisions.  It can be a stressful time in a parent/teen relationship, but by examining and adopting new mindsets about the future, it can be empowering.  Ted is a member of the US President’s Advisory Council on Financial Capability for Young Americans and co-founding CEO of Moneythink.
